My client are in a position to make an experienced hire for an embedded software engineer who will in time take lead of embedded software developments for the company.

When I say a great cause, I mean it. They are using wireless and audio technology to give people with disabilities a level playing field in working life as well as leisure.

This position will have you taking on the development of a new line of products for the company, the platform is founded around the STM32 family of processors and the ongoing developments will carry along a similar line.

The main requirement of this position is for you to have strong knowledge and experience around embedded C++. The role will revolve around low level/bare metal embedded software development on C++ and as such, experience developing device drivers is vital to be successful in this application.

On the bonus/great to have list is wireless technology, the current scope is to work on BLE 5.0 bluetooth technology. Any experience with this will be hugely valuable to the client, similar tech like Zigbee would be of interest as well.
If you have worked on Audio technology as well then that would be a huge bonus, any kind of experience with low power amplifier technology is a big plus point.

The company are hot on autonomy and working independently as part of a team, a lot of the team work remotely, and this option is open to you as well. With this role, they would like to see you in the office once a week, this is also negotiable to once every other week if necessary.
