Principal Software Developer

iO Associates have partnered with a client based in Warrington to help further expand the Development Team. in total, there are 60 over technical staff, spread in teams of 8 who work closesly with product owners and solution designers. Agile principles are in use, working in cross-functional feature teams, running daily stand-ups and fortnightly retrospectives to ensure best practice and excellent communication.

At present, I'm looking to speak with Senior, Lead or Principal level Developers to come in and join their expanding team. This will be an opportunity for someone to remain in a hands-on role whilst utilising leadership skills for the more junior members of the team.

that's fuelling the businesses fast growth, backed by a strong team of tech-savvy, high-calibre investors.
