Principal Software Engineer - FinTech - Fully Remote

One of the most exciting FinTech start ups in the UK (if not the most exciting) have called me this morning and have asked to help find them a Principal Software Engineer!

You will be working alongside the Head of Engineering and Senior Tech Manager to help define the technical roadmap. You will be involved in projects across financial crime, customer experience and many more!

One the main aspects of this role is to remove barriers to success in the engineering teams and help the lead and head of engineering understand what they need!

You will be working across 3 or 4 teams and although this position is going to be hands off you will be up to date with the latest tech.

From a tech perspective you will ideally have worked with C# and Azure but if you have primarily used AWS that is OK!

The salary for this role is up to £100,000 plus a really strong benefits package that includes a bonus.

This is a fully remote role and you can be based anywhere in the UK.
