We're partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in Tipperary to find a hands-on, detail-driven Process Development Engineer for an exciting project.

📅 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 - 𝟭𝟮 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 - (39/40 hour week)
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 (𝗺𝗶𝗻. 𝟰 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀/𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸)

If you're passionate about NPI, laser manufacturing, precision engineering, and driving processes from prototype to production, this one's for you.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

📌Own key manufacturing processes for a next-gen implantable electronic device
📌Lead process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), risk assessments, and fixture/tooling design
📌Drive rapid prototyping, CNC/CAD/CAM development, and cleanroom integration

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

✔Strong background in laser welding/cutting/etching, epoxy overmoulding, and fluid dispensing
✔Experience with SolidWorks, 3D printing, and fine-tolerance manufacturing
✔Medical device experience (implantable/electronic preferred)
✔3-4 years industry experience
