Role: Procurement Manager

Location: Chippenham (1 day a week in the office)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + car allowance, flexible/remote working, pension contributions, annual training budget just for you, profit share scheme & more!

iO are working with an established and rapidly growing green energy company in their search for a Procurement Manager to join them on a permanent basis

As part of their small driven central team, you'll provide expertise and leadership in procurement and supply chain management, collaborating with various stakeholders and working across diverse categories to optimize the procurement processes.

You'll be responsible for reviewing new and existing spend, supporting the sourcing of new providers and negotiating suitable contracts. You'll lead procurement activities across a variety of categories, whilst supporting and managing different stakeholders involved

We are looking for:

  • Experience in procurement or supply chain functions
  • Knowledge of procurement and sourcing best practices
  • Solid commercial acumen for reviewing costings and contract terms
  • Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and communicate commercial benefits to stakeholders
  • Ability to educate stakeholders on best practices and encourage improvements
