iO Associates is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to uncover customer needs and collaborate with a diverse team to bring innovative solution concepts from ideation through validation and development. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the sales and marketing teams for a company specializing in the design, production, and promotion of test instrumentation and solutions for networks.

Required:

• Substantial experience in Product Management or a closely related role.
• Background in technology/engineering, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; or equivalent work experience.
• Previous engagement in the communications test and measurement industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to identify current and future needs, articulating problems for team resolution.
• Collaborate independently with users, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to capture and prioritize ideas.
• Determine and articulate key data and metrics for engineering, manufacturing, and management support, including forecasting, market sizing, and competitive analysis.
