Product Owner

Role: Product Owner

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + 22 days holiday (plus BH & increasing with length of service), healthcare schemes, flexible/remote working, training opportunities, career progression, monthly social events & more.

iO Associates are currently on the lookout for a Product Owner to join a software company that specialises in systems for health care services.

They're market-leading - I know every job ad says this but these guys genuinely have the monopoly in their sector - and are currently going through a bit of a technical transformation following the introduction of a new CTO to the business.

The software they produce enables their clients to save time and money - both of which are often scarce in an industry currently facing a very tough time.

Recently, they've embarked on a project to migrate their older legacy systems to a newer and more modern architecture.

We're looking for someone that has a good grasp on the kind of requirements developers need to be able to build quality software as well as all the usual PO responsibilities like communicating with stakeholders, prioritising the backlog, planning stand-ups etc.

Being in the healthcare sector, data protection is key and so there's a heavy focus on "Security by Design" - it'll play a key part in all approaches to new implementations and ideas.
