These guys have it nailed. For over 30 years they have provided high-end cryptographic communication based equipment into the defence sector, largely within the US, UK, Canada & Australia. Throughout that time the products have evolved but the quality, capability and service has stayed the same allowing a larger client base and much more opportunity internally.

They need someone to appreciate this history, and be part of its future. Discussing product support with clients, assisting with the installation and maintenance of their off the shelf products and being able to really make the difference by understanding what they are talking about.

Knowing the value of this kind of service and being proud of products that genuinely save lives will get you this job. Support experience, exposure to Linux and data communications including IPSEC, VPN, network topologies and architectures should all be familiar to you.

£38,000 salary, 5% non-contributory pension, Flexitime and bonus are all on offer for you. Supporting relationships, and providing high quality assistance for capability demonstrations and training will get you noticed! This is a role with growth and promotions available so there is always room to advance.
