Production Manager

We are working with an industry leading client within the Engineering sector who are looking for a Production Manager to come in and take on responsibility for the planning and control of their production line. Within this role you will be tasked with overseeing both materials management & manufacturing planning.

Main Responsibilities:

Interpret MRP requirements, review order recommendations, and coordinate with Supply Chain.
Liaising with a range of business units to provide updates on projects, stock, and orders, while ensuring system compliance with change notices.
Monitor job status with Operations and Procurement teams, liaise with Finance for end-of-month processes including cycle counting, WIP reporting, and material audits.
Support MRP material planning improvements, ensuring timely replenishment of consumables.

Essential Skills:

Knowledge of MRP tools, ideally SAP & IFS
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
BPSS Clearance (Ideally SC or be willing to be put through SC)
