£700-£750 per day Outside IR35

iO Associates is proud to be partnering with a global Architecture Transformation consultancy to bring in a Programme Architect for a brand new piece of work that will be kicking off in a matter of weeks.

The role will start out as 3 days per week on site in London, but will soon drop down to a more ad-hoc frequency based on the meetings and workshops going on that week.

The role of Programme Architect will be blending your technical experience and understanding of key enterprise systems such as SAP and IBM Websphere, key Data considerations such as AI and Machine Learning, and a Programme Leadership and consultancy mindset.

As the Chief Architect/ Programme Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating the as-is and to-be of the software, systems and products in use
  • Determining and enforcing standards across the architecture pieces including a Data Governance framework
  • Architecting the Operating Models to be used to exchange control and data among various components
  • Leading, advising and working closely with the Solution/Technical Architects within the team
  • Consulting with the end client to ensure a smooth delivery of each workstream

Key workstreams that you will be instrumental in delivering:

  • Data, AI & ML Strategy and Delivery
  • IBM Websphere Commerce Decommissioning Delivery
  • SAP Decoupling Recommendations/ Strategy

You will be ideal for this role if:

  • You have strong Architectural Consulting experience, from a Big4 other established Consultancy
  • Have demonstrable experience in the Architcture of ERP and/ or Commerce Systems
  • Can demonstrate the Programme Management side of the role as opposed to a purely Architectural stance
  • Are comfortable working in a small-mid sized, but well connected team
