Project Administration Support - Defence Sector

Location: The Hague, Netherlands (onsite)
Duration: Fixed-term contract - aligned with project delivery across six sprints

We are supporting a major international defence organisation on a confidential programme connected to NATO operations.
This project will be delivered in six sprints, and we're looking for a Project Administration Support professional to help coordinate and manage the smooth delivery of each phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to project teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Assist in the organisation of meetings, schedules, and project deliverables.
  • Support project tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and defence-related documentation standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in project administration, PMO, or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with NATO or defence clearance procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience within the defence sector is highly desirable.
  • Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) the appropriate security clearance.
