IO Associates is currently seeking an experienced Project Controller to join a leading global aerospace organisation at their Oxford site. Renowned for cutting-edge innovation across commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, and space and defence systems, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aerospace.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead the scheduling and control of complex projects using Primavera P6 (preferred) or equivalent planning tools.
Deliver evidence-based project reporting within governance frameworks, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and support requirements for senior stakeholders.
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Apply working knowledge of Part 145, Part 21, and Part CAMO regulations, or relevant experience with UK MoD MAA Regulatory Articles, with the ability to assimilate CAA requirements within 3 months.

✅ Desirable Skills & Experience

Substantial experience within the aerospace industry in project management or technical roles.
Prior involvement in defence-related projects.
Understanding of Export Control regulations, including ITAR compliance.
