Seeking a Project Leader to support the repurposing of a major production facility for Single Aisle programmes. This role will suit a strong Project Manager/Leader with experience in change management and site enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enablement for Rate++ by embedding new ways of working and best practices
Develop governance frameworks and drive tooling/technology improvements to support sustainability and efficiency
Provide leadership to Enablement Teams, ensuring delivery to cost, quality, and timescales
Manage tool control, LOLER compliance, and FOD projects
Ensure EHS and Airworthiness standards while driving SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) improvements

Skills & Experience

Proven background in Project/Programme Management within aviation, production, or manufacturing
Supporting the repurposing of the A380 factory over to single-aisle production.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
