My client, a software consultancy, is looking for a Project Manager to join an established and specialist team on a permanent basis.

They are specialists within the AI and Robotic automation sector, working with over 80% of the UK's top FTSE 200 companies. They are partnered with Microsoft and Blue Prism in order to deliver the best and most cutting-edge solutions to their clients

You will predominantly be working on automation/RPA projects however you will also have the opportunity to work on software development projects. You'll be given the responsibility and freedom to own what you do, but also support and guidance from specialists within the industry. They also strongly promote training and development, whether that's in the way of training courses, certifications or just one-on-one sessions.

What they are looking for from you:

  • An understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Prince2 accreditation and/or Scrum Certification are not essential but desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to host and attend meetings with a variety of stakeholders from across the customer's businesses.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience/understanding of automation/RPA would is desirable but not essential

The company is a very supportive close-knit team that offers excellent career development opportunities and a people-centric approach. You are offered support (financial and in the form of time) for any professional training certifications you wish to pursue. They have a very flexible laid-back culture with regular team socials and flexible working hours.

They are offering a salary of £45,000 with a clear progression path as the RPA arm of the business continues to grow over the coming months and years. They have a relatively new (and really nice) office and ideally would like a presence in the office a couple of times a week.
