Project Manager - Chilmark - £55,000

After multiple Bid wins, an established company that create manned & unmanned aircraft systems, have grown from 25-44 heads this year alone!

This team will focus on both commercial and military projects and have an immediate requirement to grow to about 25 heads by mid next year. This role will allow you to specialise in product development, be fully accountable for the outcomes of fairly complex electronic systems projects from bid to project delivery and close out - full product lifecycle.

You'll join the team in its infancy, and be a contributor to the development of its culture, growth and definition as recruitment is a focus for your new employer. They invest heavily in their staff, with multiple projects available, where you can get involved right at the start, and as they keep a small company feel you get to see your work actually in use - they own the aircraft they test the systems on.

The role offers: £55,000, 25 days holiday, informal flexitime, Pension & health cover.

What you'll need:

• Product development experience in a high integrity type role
• Project management experience with a successful track record in setting up safety critical development programmes
• Ability to gain SC
