Project Manager - Cloud-Based Consultancy - London

A brand-new position has opened for a client-facing project manager based in London. iO Associates are proud to be working with this fast growing, service enhancing client, offering cloud-based, pioneering treasury and portfolio finance solutions to sectors including Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Private Equity.

The ideal candidate will have worked for an IT vendor previously and have experience implementing software to clients in the aforementioned sectors. Will be highly motivated with interpersonal and analytical skills. They should possess an in-depth understanding of financial products and a quick thinker with exceptional organizational skills. They should also be articulate, organized, patient, thorough and able to deal with a variety of people at varying levels of seniority.

Job Duties
> Responsible for implementing the company's software for asset management, private equity and hedge fund clients on-site. Fully responsible for his/her assigned clients
> Assist our clients' understanding of the products and train them on relevant new technology and reporting
> Work as part of a team and act in a collaborative manner with the Sales, Product Management and Development teams
> Product Innovation and evolution through client interactions. Communicate client feedback to technology teams to ensure timely request resolution
> Regular client reviews leveraging internal analytics and user stats. Act as a consultancy service by ensuring clients maximise their usage and value from our product

Required Skills/Experience
> Strong Project Management and IT Software Implementation experience coupled with excellent client facing, leadership and management skills
> Strong interpersonal skills
> Excellent communication skills
> Advanced Excel skills
> Experience using SQL is advantageous
