Project Manager | Training & Simulation Delivery |

Role: Project Manager

Location: Flexible remote working with travel to Bristol

Salary: Highly competitive

Elbit Systems in the UK are a Defence, Technology and Aerospace company working on a range of technologies for both military and civilian applications. With six subsidiaries and two joint ventures we are engaged in a range of defence programmes in the UK.

You will be working with a team of experienced and talented individuals across multiple disciplines and in an organisation that not only has the benefit of a global presence, but as a subsidiary means you will work in a small team environment, that is increasing rapidly and with lots of opportunity for growth.

What we’re looking for;

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to join us on the delivery of a future training and simulation solution for the Royal Navy. You will be part of a team that is responsible for both the software and hardware delivery of a next generation training solution and be involved from project start-up through to delivery and BAU.

We're looking for Project Management professionals with previous experience delivering simulation and training solutions for the UK MoD or involvement in the delivery of one of the UKs major training systems such as MFTS or MCTS.

As Project Manager for the delivery you will be working closely with both the engineering manager and programme director as well as liaison with the wider consortium to deliver the solution and provide support and direction for a team of engineers, software developers and project controllers to ensure delivery on time and on budget.

The role can be carried out both at home and in the office in Bristol where you will be working with the engineering lab on the delivery of the future solution. Whether you're based in Bristol, Portsmouth or Reading we can offer the opportunity of flexible remote working believing that the key to delivery is to have the right individual in the role and not limited by geography.

What’s in it for you;

Elbit UK is at the forefront of technological innovation within our industry and as our presence grows in the UK, we want to recruit talented individuals to build a cohesive and diverse group on numerous projects. We offer competitive salary packages, flexible working hours, health care options, life cover, family friendly policies and a range of additional benefits including salary sacrifice schemes, discounts, access to Learning and Development tools and support for yours and your family’s health and wellbeing.

All the positions will be based full-time or with alternative flexible arrangement from our offices either in Bristol, London or home based (where the job allows).

If you're looking for your next challenge and want to join our rapidly growing delivery function with the opportunity to work on a number of CAT B deliveries for the UK MoD then please get in touch.
