We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

We are looking to hire a Project Manager to join our A&S business unit in supporting the delivery of training and simulation capabilities for the Royal Navy.

You will be working alongside our simulation and synthetics team consisting of engineering managers, systems engineers and software engineers that are developing simulators and training solutions. Within the role you will also play a key part of the team interacting with our delivery partners as well as liaising with ESL in Israel for product support and development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and execute projects from kick-off through to completion.

  • Establish and manage the core project functionality and delivery partner relationships.

  • Key stakeholder engagement and management. Liaising with the customer and consortium partners.

  • Interface, elicit resource and hold business functions to account for delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a project manager with large scale project/programme delivery experience.

  • Background within training or simulation delivery.

  • Understanding of product design lifestyle and delivery.

  • Experience of project and financial planning, including scheduling and risk analysis.

  • Tools such as; MS Word, MS Projects, Visio & PowerPoint.
