• Job description - Purchaser on SAP
1. 70 to 80% of the time: EDF electro-chlorination project, overall management of the project's supply chain, namely:

• Procurement (consultations, negotiations and orders)
• Follow-up of orders until delivery on site
• Organisation of logistics (delivery of equipment)
• Invoicing (management of the receipt of all invoicing in SAP)
• Bleach contract: weekly meetings to organise regular bleach supplies for the sites (coordination with suppliers, organisation of deliveries according to EDF unit outages).

1. On other needs, project buyer position:

• Receipt of purchase requests
• Launch of consultations
• Commercial analysis of offers
• Clarifications
• Ordering in SAP

Know how :

• Launch price requests based on complete consultation files (technical specifications, data sheets, general purchasing conditions)
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent mastery of all SAP MM modules, including receptions (MIGO) and invoicing : the candidate will have, in addition to his / her role of buyer, a role of Key User SAP.

Know-how :

• Responsiveness and flexibility
• Good internal relations (project teams) and external (suppliers)
• Project oriented (respect of deadlines and budgets)
