Pay rate: £30.00 p/h inside IR35. (Entitled to paid overtime over 35 hours at a standard rate)

This exciting role focuses on driving compliance and improvement through the Airbus Industrial Quality Management System (IQMS). You'll work cross-functionally to ensure effective implementation of standards, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with EN 9100/9110/9120.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance the IQMS.
Lead internal audits and manage external audit readiness.
Support quality assurance teams and identify system improvements.
Provide training and guidance on quality standards and processes.

Requirements:

Experience in EN9100 or equivalent QMS standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse processes and lead improvement initiatives.
