iO Associates have partnered with a high tech manufacturer based in Cambridge in the search for a QHSE Manager to join the team.

They design, develop and manufacture systems used in industrial, security and surveillance applications all over the world. They have been at the forefront of their field since the 80's and have a wide variety of products and a growing customer base.

Due to retirement they are looking for a QHSE professionals to be responsible for the management and strategic development of their QHSE Management systems. In this role you will be reporting to the MD and will be championing QHSE throughout the business and will be the focal point for all QHSE-related issues.

This will involve you developing the systems and procedures to ensure process and regulatory compliance, you will do this by a continual process of monitoring and evaluation, presenting quality related issues at management reviews and conduction internal audits.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Degree qualified
  • 5 years experience in senior quality role
  • In depth understanding of ISO9001:2015
  • NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 4 OSH
  • Lead Auditor Qualification
  • Understanding of electronic and mechanical engineering principles
  • Experience in a NPI/production environment
  • A hands on implementer of processes and change.


In return you will receive a salary between £40,000-£45,000 along with:
