React Developer - Swindon/Remote - £40,000-£50,000

iO Associates have partnered exclusively with an innovative software house based in Swindon, who are looking to add a Developer who has React experience to their team. They are looking for someone to join their front-end development team and help them build the next generation of their websites and API's.

It'll be greenfield development within a small team or 3/4 developers where you all work together collaboratively. Currently they are all remote and it does not look like that is going to change any time soon. The ideal scenario moving forward would be a couple of days in the office and the rest from home but the dev manager is very flexible on that!

They are genuinely a really cool company who work with some well known brands and have an amazing company culture! They really value strong working relationships and making you happy in your job (which isn't always the case at some companies).

One of the things that make them such a great place to work is they want to help you become a better developer. In the past they have paid for the team to go on AWS courses, React courses encourage training and development (everyone has a Pluralsight license).

From a tech point of view they are looking for someone who has a strong JavaScript background and an understand of React.js. As well as the standard HTML, SCSS and CSS frameworks.

Day to day you will be creating solutions and hands on coding. They are looking for someone who is happy to put their ideas forward and get stuck in!

From a salary point of view the are offering between £40,000-£50,000 plus benefits.
