.Are you an experienced receptionist looking to join a UK Top 100 Professional Services company as they expand in their new Bristol Office?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role with a good administrative skillset that is looking to move into a role that will offer them long-term progression and a supportive environment for professional growth.

Your day to day will be varied but you will be:

  • Ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression for clients entering the building.
  • Promptly and courteously handling telephone and reception enquiries, as well as assisting individuals with appointments or documents.
  • Managing clients in the reception area, notifying appropriate staff of their arrival and escorting them to meeting rooms as needed.
  • Investigating and respond to reports of breakdowns or faults, coordinating maintenance or repairs with the facilities team.
  • Assisting in procurement of office supplies and services.
  • Managing storeroom, rubbish/recycling, and kitchen standards.

The successful candidate will have the following skillset:

  • Familiarity with general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.
  • Proficiency in handling telephone-based enquiries and operating a switchboard.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Customer service orientation with front of house experience.
