What we’re ooking for;
Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
We’re looking to expand our ever growing operations and office management team and hire a friendly and driven reception and administration professional to join our team.
You would be working within the business operations team who are a small and close knit group creating an excellent office atmosphere. You will work closely with the facilities manager and assisting with a number of tasks and have the opportunity to perform administrative tasks as well as pick up first aid qualifications, fire warden training and also running security checks and management of offices spaces and visitors.
The role would suit both an individual looking to pick up more administrative tasks within a reception role or someone who is looking for a new opportunity and a chance to join a company with the scope to learn on the job and take more and more responsibility within the operations team.
Running the busy reception area
Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
Assisting with office administration
Helping with security checks and passes
Maintaining office stationary and supplies
The role offers an excellent chance for continued development and training and we are keen for individuals to learn new skills and pick up further responsibilities within the role.
