We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

As we continue to grow across all departments of the business, we are looking for a recruitment partner to support us in the implementation of an ATS and support our RPO partner with internal recruitment dialogue and alignment.

This role will see the individual acting as partner to our RPO provider and the HR team on highlighting areas of improvement and ensuring internal process' our upheld from role approvals, role kick-offs and feedback cycles.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting internal managers & HR through the recruitment process.

  • Supporting implementation of an ATS within the business.

  • Partnering with our recruitment provider to ensure all material they need is aligned internally.

  • Upholding recruitment workflows.

  • Reviewing resource demand needed across the business.

What we're looking for:

  • Good understanding of recruitment workflows.

  • Experience of supporting RPO models.

  • Experience of ATS systems and workflows.

  • Flexible, multi-hat approach to work.

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
