Title: Registered Manager - Health and Social Care
Location: Devon, UK
Salary: £45,000/Yr.
Shift: Mon-Fri 9-5, (on call weekends once every 2 weeks)

Panoramic Care are proud to be working with a well-known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff that provides care for adults aged 27-76 with learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. They specialises in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life.

You will be in accountable for supervising the management, leadership, and output of a team of Managers in both regulated and unregulated environment and set up the services.

Responsibilities:

• Must have previous experience as a registered manager with CQC registration.
• Good expereince with LD and Autism
• Domiciliary or residential background
• Opportunities to progress through personalised career paths into more senior and management roles
• Free training to help develop and enhance skills
