Job Title: Registered Service Manager
Location: London area
Salary: £42,000/Yr.
Duration: Permanent full time

We are seeking a Registered Manager for a care provider with expertise in delivering services for young people, with Learning Disabilities, Autism & Complex Needs

You will make sure that all support is provided in accordance with CQC rules, company's policy, and any other applicable laws, and that your team and services meet all statutory obligations.

Experience and qualifications:

Guarantee integration of the Positive Behavior Support (PBS) framework into service delivery through continuous evaluation of staff competency and training.
Effectively lead and inspire your team to uphold and sustain a culture of positive performance within your service.
Proficiency in safeguarding practices, Mental Health Act (MHA), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs), Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Comprehensive familiarity with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection framework and adherence to regulations.
