Panoramic Care are working exclusively with a fantastic client, an independent elderly and dementia residential care provider to find a Registered/ Deputy Manager for their service in Whitby.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with an annual salary of up to £50,000 per annum.

Our client is looking for a leader who can continue to develop their family-like culture and embrace their person-centred approach to care, whilst maintaining the Good rating of the home in line with CQC standards.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

  • Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience within a residential care setting
  • NVQ level 5 or willingness to work towards
  • Extensive CQC knowledge
