Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + private health care, pension contributions, increasing holiday allowance, dental, life insurance & more.

Are you a Realease Manager on the lookout for your next challenge?

iO Associates are partnered with a leader in IT solutions for the financial services industry that are growing and looking for a Release Manager to join an established Product team.

You'd be managing all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle and working across technical teams to ensure a proper release schedule is met and adhered to.

As a company, they've gone through some big changes over the last 12 months including a new CTO joining the business as well as the introdudction of Agile methodoligies, a key aspect to this Release Manager role is playing a part in in the continuous improvements the team are making.

It's an Azure DevOps environment with technical teams that are working in multiple OOP languages.

In terms of experience, we are looking for someone who has ideally been in a Release Management role already, has a very sound understanding of Scrum and Agile processes, and is well versed with the Software Development Life Cycle.
