Role: Remote Site Support Analyst (second line support)

Permanent

Location: Bristol

Salary: £27,000-£30,000

The role will involve,

• Providing 1st and 2nd line support.
• Hands on running and supporting of complex environments.
• Providing both hardware and software support.
• Supporting the clients members of staff with professionalism.

Experienced needed,

• Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support.
• The passion to want and grow alongside the business.
• Windows Operating System.
• Knowledge of SCCM.
