Resourcing Partner

Resourcing Partner | Hybrid | £35,000 |

We are working with an extremely exciting software business in the Midlands who due to huge expansion plans are looking for another member of their internal recruitment team. They are looking for a Resourcing Partner with experience recruiting for clients in the retail sector.

Our client develops a cloud-based management system for customers in the automotive space and is expanding massively in the next year.

Your role will be varied, fast-paced and involve an end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attraction to finalising offers, and onboarding.

You will ideally have experience with,

• Creating compelling and strong job adverts
• Sourcing candidates on multiple platforms, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media Posts and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Having a particular knack for being able to fill tricky roles
• Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding requirements
• Providing support and guidance during the recruitment process

The role itself is a hybrid based out of my client's office in Birmingham alongside a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
