iO Associates are delighted to be partnered with a consultancy client on their search for a Retail Consultant and serve as a trusted advisor to clients with a focus on convenience store and customer experience transformation.

Start: ASAP
Location: London - on site 3 days a week
Rate: £375 - £425 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months

Job Responsibilities
* Solve client's most complex challenges with bespoke solution recommendations for clients
* Amplify their capabilities to drive innovation and enhance customer experience at scale
* Unlock new revenue streams by reinventing into digitally centric business models
* Developing thought leadership and innovative thinking within convenience retail
* Help clients transform from the inside out Experience Required
* Possess process and technology experience in: site operations, back office and head office retail transformations, physical to digital Retail transformations - (E-Commerce), customer experience & experience design.
