What we’re looking for: 

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.  

We are hiring a Risk Manager to join are growing PMO. This role will act to support the Head of PMO in managing risk across the business and have touch points with a number of our major programmes as well as advising and supporting the PMO team in monitoring risks across all projects in each of our business units.

The Risk manager will take control of the enterprise risk management system for the business helping to configure, monitor and maintain the systems as well as being the SME for the PMO team across the entire business and providing support on corporate risk process and reporting to senior stakeholders internally and externally.

With this being a new role for the business and continuing to go through growth this would offer the right individual the opportunity to structure and build out new process’ for monitoring risk rather than inheriting procedures and process’.

Responsibilities will include: 

·        Developing risk processes & procedures.

·        Update and monitor Risk Management Plans.

·        Bid support and ROMP and initial Risk Register preparation.

·        Eliciting risk information from MoD and Sub-contractors.

·        Provide risk information to the Senior Management team.


What we're looking for:

·        Commercial experience monitoring risk within defence.

·        Experience developing and monitoring enterprise risk programmes (using Risk Predict!)

·        Understanding of P3M Principles.

·        Knowledge of UK MoD process’.

·        Experience presenting data to internal and external stakeholders.
