Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We're looking to hire a Maritime Combat Systems / EW Operational SME to join our growing Electronic Warfare & ISTAR Business Unit. The role would see you acting as internal consultant working with technical, programme and bid teams to advise on current Royal Navy CONOPS & capabilities across EW and Combat Management Systems.

This role would suit an ex Chief Petty Officer, Warrant Officer or Artificer that has the hands-on experience of working with the Combat Systems and helping to maintain, fix and adapt systems that are currently in use.

This is a unique opportunity to play a part in the commercial design, development and deployment of future systems for the Royal Navy.

Skills:

  • Experience maintaining & managing Royal Navy EW systems

  • Experience using and maintaining Combat Management Systems

  • Stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Articulating current technical EW / Combat Management System solutions to engineers & developer

  • Defining future technology pathways

  • Working with the Product Owner to define a roadmap for the products

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Defining Human Factors integration requirements and repair strategies.
