Ruby Developer - UK/Remote - £65,000 - £75,000

As a ruby developer, you will be joining a powerful talent management platform with unique capabilities to transform hiring and engagement experiences for all.

You will be joining a team who owns their Recruitment Marketing platform. Their mission is to help large and emerging businesses to hire smarter and faster by attracting, identifying, nurturing, and hiring the best candidates through their platform.

They have been operating for over 20 years globally, this team is the newest edition to the business, founded in 2014 they very much have a collaborative lean start-up approach to development.

What will you be involved in?

You will be working closely with their Head of Product and Lead Developer to build out and support the Recruitment Marketing product.

You'll get a chance to really shape the future of the platform. You'll be designing, testing and shipping code into the hands of our customers on a daily basis.

They like to move fast and practice continuous delivery. To do this, they focus on designing and writing clean code (100% test coverage) on top of anti-fragile infrastructure (using Infrastructure as Code) on AWS.

This foundation gives them the courage to deliver many times a day into their production environment that is hosted in multiple AWS regions, and built on Ruby on Rails using MySQL.
