Sales Manager / up to £115,000 package / South (M4 Corridor) - Hybrid

An exciting IT services company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work with their Defence clients. This is due to the substantial growth and success of the business.

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities, taking charge of the entire sales lifecycle.

The role will include/require:

• Proactively drive business development, from requirements identification to order closure.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving multi-million-pound annual order intake.
• Knowledge of multinational defence operations, organisations, and structures, with the ability to align them with products and services.
• Customer engagement and sales delivery experience in Land, CEMA, ISTAR, or Defence Digital domains.
• Must hold active SC clearance or higher.
