Salesforce Developer / Marketing Cloud Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM. You'll work with inspiring non-profit clients, delivering high-quality implementations and helping them embrace the next generation of Salesforce marketing tools, including Data Cloud and Agentforce Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery and refinement of digital marketing requirements
Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to client needs
Produce clear documentation and follow structured delivery processes.

Core Requirements

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email, SMS, Web, Automation)
Proficiency in Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and MobileConnect
Strong technical skills:
- SQL for segmentation and automation
- AMPscript for personalization
- Server-Side JavaScript for CloudPages and API integrations
Ability to design Data Cloud models, configure ingestion, identity resolution, and activate segments
Familiarity with Agentforce Marketing and eagerness to grow expertise
Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
Fluency in English
