IO Associates SAP Business One Lead Consultant needed

I am currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business One Lead Consultant to join my clients consultancy. Both contract & permanent opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Business One implementations, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP Business One projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with client business processes and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management:
- Lead SAP Business One implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress.
Solution Design & Development:
- Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design SAP Business One solutions that align with client needs and best practices.
- Customize and configure SAP Business One to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and implement integration solutions with other systems and applications.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and system optimization.
Technical Expertise:
- Maintain deep knowledge of SAP Business One, including its modules, functionalities, and capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, features, and best practices in SAP Business One.
- Assist in developing technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Requirments:

At least 5 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation and consultancy.
Proven track record of leading multiple successful SAP Business One projects.
Strong understanding of SAP Business One modules, including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.
Experience with SAP Business One SDK, SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and other related tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex business processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
