The ideal candidate will help optimise, enhance and maintain time-related configurations across a dynamic environment. If you excel at solving complex time valuation challenges and driving process improvements, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Configure and optimise Time Management (schedules, time types, rules)
Fix valuation issues and system inconsistencies
Ensure accuracy, compliance and best-practice alignment
Advise stakeholders on improvements

Requirements:

Strong SuccessFactors Time Management configuration skills
Experience resolving complex time valuation scenarios
Ability to recommend process and system enhancements
