IO Associates have an IT Service Desk Support contract opportunity with one of our government and defence clients.

The role will be 3 months, which is highly likely to extend! You will be required onsite in Gloucester and they are looking to pay up to £140 Inside IR35. They need someone to start ASAP.

Requirements:

• 1st and 2nd Line support experience - you will be supporting staff with requests and incidents, as well as looking after systems and equipment.
• Software/Hardware experience
• Configuring Wi-Fi
• Conference equipment
• Solving issues with IT
• Great customer service and focus experience
• Mobile phones
• ITIL experience
• Windows
• Linux
