SC Cleared 2nd Line / 3rd Line / Wintel Engineer Contract

Role: SC Cleared Systems Build Engineer (2nd Line / 3rd Line / Wintel Engineer)

Location: Cheltenham

Day Rate: £300-500 - Inside IR35

Start date: ASAP

Clearance: MUST have Active SC Clearance

iO associates are partnered with a growing consultancy with a large presence in the Defence industry on their search for 6x SC Cleared Systems Build Engineers. Candidates can be from different skillset backgrounds, i.e., anything between 2nd Line Support to Infrastructure / Wintel Engineers.

We are looking for people with experience in:

• Wintel - must be competent at an intermediate level in the build of Microsoft Domains, Application Servers and Client systems.
• Experience with the deployment of Windows 10 and applications.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for running automation (preferred).
• Experience with Laptop builds & installation, as well as working with Cisco Switches.

This is an initial 5-month contract with very possible extensions due to the success of the company. The nature of work will require you to be on-site 5 days a week in Cheltenham. The rate varies between £300 and £500 Inside IR35 with potential to obtain a DV Clearance in the future.
