iO Associates have partnered with a leading Defence company who are seeking an experienced SC Cleared IT Service Management Specialist to join the team ASAP. You will support the Service Delivery function, using ITIL framework Service Management tools. Responsibilities include refining service management processes and facilitating the transition to an agile approach.

Start: ASAP

Location: Hybrid- South West

Day Rate: £525-625 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months (plus possible extension)

Clearance: Active SC Clearance

*Due to the nature of the project, this role requires active SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the Service Management Strategy of Operations.
Act on behalf of the client during client site visits.
Implement improved approaches using BMC Remedy Helix.
Work with the Enterprise Architecture to strengthen Service Management processes.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and design reviews.

Required Experience:

ITSM experience in defence or telecommunications.
ITIL Practitioner - Managing Professional and Strategic Leader qualifications.
Experience of managing change in ITIL-based environments (ITILv3 and/or ITILv4).
Experience with Remedy or similar.
Experience of methodologies like agile or waterfall
