£25000 - £30000 per annum
Role: 2nd line support Analyst
Location: Bristol (in the office)
The role will involve,
- Supporting clients via the support system.
- Helping with training and progression of more junior members of staff.
- Ensuring the ticketing process is followed.
- Managing new workstation builds and user setups.
Essential experienced needed,
- 2-3 years' experience working within 1st/2nd line support.
- Experience working with MSP's.
- Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Network and Firewall knowledge and troubleshooting.
