Role: 2nd line support Analyst


Location: Bristol (in the office)

Salary: £30,000

The role will involve,

  • Supporting clients via the support system.
  • Helping with training and progression of more junior members of staff.
  • Ensuring the ticketing process is followed.
  • Managing new workstation builds and user setups.

Essential experienced needed,

  • 2-3 years' experience working within 1st/2nd line support.
  • Experience working with MSP's.
  • Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Network and Firewall knowledge and troubleshooting.
