Security Operations Engineer | £85,000 | Computer Games | South East

A hugely exciting opportunity to join the Information Security and Risk Management team at one of the most successful and progressive gaming companies in the South East has just become available! As the Security Operations Engineer, you will be reporting to the Head of Security and working closely with IT engineering and outsourced Security Operations to establish and maintain services required to respond to security alerts including incidents resolution.

As the Security Operations Engineer, you will be expected to have a solid understanding of security technologies at an SME level and good understanding of SOC tooling. Your expertise will then be applied on behalf of the Security Operations Centre with regards to security infrastructure and tooling.

Essential:

• At least seven years experience within the information and cyber security domain. A security operations environment would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of SIEM / Log Aggregators Tools & Processes.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability/compliance, patch management, anti-malware, APT, identity and access control management toolsets.
• Proven working experience in a scripting language.
