Job title: Senior BIM Engineer

iO Associates is looking for a Senior BIM Engineer to work with a global engineering company based in Plymouth which specializes in managing complex assets and infrastructure. They focus on providing a range of service solutions to enhance their customer's defence capabilities and critical assets.

In this role, you will be:

Supporting the project's BIM modelling and coordination efforts while working under the Task Team Manager's and BIM Manager's supervision.
Modelling writing, federation, clash management, H&S in BIM, COBie, IFC, and classification delivery are all part of this function.
Maintaining a specific and organised set of BIM objects inside a larger BIM data set will be your responsibility.

You bring proven knowledge and experience in:

Background in design and construction, such as civil, structural, architectural, and MEP, or anything comparable.
Familiar with ISO 19650 standards.
Good experience in design and construction.
Demonstrable experience in BIM process.
