Senior Data Governance Analyst

iO Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Data Governance Analyst for a client of ours based in South Wales. We'll be able to offer £450-500 per day Outside IR35 for an initial 3-month contract (likely to extend). Whilst this is a remote role, there may be infrequent requirements to be on site throughout the contract.

The key objective of the role is to develop the team's data governance capability, taking a leading role in setting up "best practice" across areas such as Data Quality and MDM.

The essential skills we're looking for is as follows:

• Strong background / experience in Data Governance, GDPR, MDM & Data Quality.
• Knowledge in SPARX.
• Good SQL skills for investigation as well as a solid understanding of data structures.
• Demonstrable expertise in documentation and planning to ensure clear communication across all teams.
• BI reporting tool experience, ideally with Tableau but experience with Power BI, Qlik etc. also accepted.
