Job Title: DevOps Consultant Opportunity in Geneva
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Start Date: April, with flexibility for May/June start
Languages: Proficiency in French (C1 level or above) and English (B2 level or above) required
Salary: Competitive salary range of 120,000 to 130,000 CHF


Note: Swiss residency will be required at the start of the assignment. Remote work is not possible, but candidates living in the Crissier area (near Lausanne) can work 2 days in the office.


Job Description: Our client, a leading financial institution in Switzerland, is seeking a skilled DevOps Consultant to join their team. This role involves working with a diverse range of applications, 80% of which are external and 20% internal, running on premise or AWS. The primary responsibility is to automate deployment, deploy applications, and monitor their lifecycle.


Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a DevOps professional with approximately 6 years of experience, proficient in the entire CI/CD chain, including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and other related technologies like Openshift or Rancher. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have transitioned from a background in Ops to focus on DevOps, demonstrating a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
