Senior Front End Engineer

Location: Berlin - Hybrid

Salary - 50-85K

As part of a of wider network of companies and organisations focused on sustainable technology, you will be playing a critical role in defining and driving the development of their front-end tech stack.

They utilise a SaaS platform to gather of data and use artificial intelligence to help companies navigate and implement their climate neutrality objectives. Your role

Joining as Senior Frontend Engineer…

• You will shape the core product and it's tech stack from the ground up
• You will participate in the overall design, architecture, and integration of our software
• You will lead the frontend development of our platforms UI
• You will work closely with the UX Designer and product team to ensure the UI is beautiful, intuitive and really solves the users needs
• You will work closely with the rest of the tech team to ensure UI requirements are clear and synchronized with the development of the wider systems
• You will plan, gather requirements, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders
• You will be a a key part of the technical decision-making process
• Ultimately, you will use your skills to help accelerate our mission impact and make a real difference

Your profile

• 3+ years experience as a frontend or full stack engineer building web applications from the scratch
• Proven experience with React, Next.js, suspense, hooks
• Experience working with backend services like REST or GraphQL
• Experience building frontend SaaS products including data visualisation frameworks (e.g. D3)
• Proven experience with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS and related web development scripting
