• A university degree (business informatics, banking & finance, business administration) or similar experience.
• Strong IT affinity and a knack for writing rules (MIG21, Aladdin etc.).
• Prior experience in investment compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Top-notch organization, analytical thinking, and a commitment to quality.
• A willingness to learn and travel for client projects.
• Fluency in German and English.
