About the Role:
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, precision-machined components that meet the highest industry standards. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, setting, operating, and programming multi-axis CNC machines. This role requires an experienced professional who can confidently manufacture components on time and in full, while embracing continuous improvement and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture precision machined components based on detailed job packs and engineering drawings, ensuring timely and accurate production.
- Set and operate multi-axis CNC machines with a variety of controllers, ensuring the highest quality output.
- Program parts either fully or partially on control, with confidence.
- Maintain detailed records of programs, tooling, and inspection processes for all components produced.
- Provide valuable feedback to Senior Programmers and the Manufacturing Engineering Team to improve workholding, machining methods, and programs.
- Assist the Shift Lead in managing workflow within your machining cell to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a CNC machinist, supported by a recognized level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Expertise in setting and operating multi-axis machining centres.
- Proven experience in machining small batch precision components, preferably within motorsport, aerospace, or a similarly high-demand industry.
- Strong offline programming experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and software (Hypermill, Fusion 360, Mastercam)
